The place was great, location was pretty deal with just 2-3 blocks away from the beach. A1A tacos was around the corner and same with Surf stop. We rode our bikes to the billy string show and it was a perfect weekend. Bathroom and rooms were clean, AC worked great, jacuzzi worked great. I would definitely come back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I’m very familiar with the area as I used to live in Jax and a close friend of mine used to live on this same block. We loved the house and enjoyed our first evening there relaxing and admiring the layout. It was clean and comfortable and we loved how they did the “kid’s room”. There is no smoking on the patio which I didn’t realize until we got there but I totally respect that and so we smoked at the edge of the property on the street. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated it being clean. We were there for a 3 day show (WSP) at the amp and all of our neighbors were too. The first group was great. A group of ladies who were there to have fun and were so kind and respectful. They checked out Sunday morning and a new guest checked in the same day (the last night of our stay). They blasted shitty music until 4am and my husband had to say something to them. Then someone else called the police! So that wasn’t fun, but not the host’s fault.

I loved our short stay! The host was wonderful and very accommodating. We had a lovely time and would absolutely return. Definitely a hidden gem! My kids and I got up before the sun came up and ran to the beach to watch the sunrise over the ocean, it’s not far at all! We had a great time, I would highly recommend.

I decided to visit Saint Augustine with a few friends of mine, we struggled finding an Airbnb but luckily found Shaiffu’s! It was perfect, although we wish our trip was longer, we definitely enjoyed our time and would look into this place again if we visit St. Augustine in the future
