NOTE 1: We strive to give you the biggest bang for your buck!! Our home is affordably priced and you won't be disappointed. Newly built and furnished summer 2023 we provide high speed wi-fi. Centrally located for a quick run to anywhere in St. Augustine proper: Historic Downtown 1 mile drive, 8 Min. drive to Fountain of Youth or the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, 13 min. drive to Vilano beach, 15 min. drive to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm.

NOTE 2: This brand new home was just completed/built summer 2023. As such, G-oogle street view/maps has yet to update their images reflecting our new home. So our new home is not reflected on street view just yet. We are working to get that updated.
