Welcome to Villa De La Rone, a luxurious 7 bedroom retreat near World Golf Village and downtown St. Augustine. Ideal for families or large groups, it features two King suites, six twin beds, a crib, toddler bed, a playful kids' room.

Enjoy the game room with a pool table, bar, smart TV, and card table, plus an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. There's also a dog park, courts (pickleball, basketball, & tennis!), playground, and walking trails—dogs are welcome (max 2, fee applies*).
The space

Conveniently situated west of I-95, you’ll have quick access to year-round golfing at the prestigious King and Bear Golf Course. Explore nearby outlet malls with top brand stores, and immerse yourself in the charm of historic downtown St. Augustine, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and a taste of history.

Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 18 adults at any given time. We have a very strict HOA and we are unable to accommodate more than 18 guests. Children under 2 do not count towards guest count. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.

The house comfortably sleeps 18, plus a toddler bed and a baby crib.

**Bedroom 1:** This elegant first-floor suite boasts a luxurious King bed and a private en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a soaking tub, and a stand-in shower. A walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, and exclusive patio access complete this serene retreat, perfect for two guests.

**Bedroom 2:** Designed with little ones in mind, this cozy first-floor room includes a crib, changing table, and a child’s play area, making it ideal for infants and small children. There’s also a XL twin bed convenient for au pair or caretaker.

**Bedroom 3:** Located on the second floor, this refined bedroom offers a plush King bed, a shared full bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the lush yard. Guests can craft cocktails at their personal wet bar and enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted TV. Suitable for two guests.

**Bedroom 4:** This charming second-floor room features a wall-mounted TV, and a shared bathroom with a stand-in shower, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. There’s an independent twin bed, and a twin bunk bed, and a twin trundle

**Bedroom 5:** Also on the second floor, this room provides a twin beds, a twin bunk bed with twin trundle, a shared bathroom, and a wall-mounted TV, offering a cozy space for four guests.

**Bedroom 6:** Situated on the second floor, this inviting room includes a full size double bed with a twin bunk and a twin trundle beds, a shared bathroom and a wall-mounted TV, suitable for two guests, sleeping 4 guests.

**Bedroom 7:** Situated on the first floor, this room functions as an office with a twin bed, a wall-mounted TV, suitable for two guests, sleeping 1 guest.

**Please note we have 2 FULL bathrooms up stairs, 1 full primary bathroom downstairs and 2 HALF bathrooms downstairs.

**Living Room 1:** Centrally located as you enter the home, this welcoming space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying TV with family or friends.

**Living Room 2:** Adjacent to the kitchen, this open-concept living area is ideal for gathering and watching movies. Large sliding glass doors lead to the patio, where you'll find an outdoor kitchen equipped with a BBQ grill, smoker, and ample seating.

**Kitchen:** Fully stocked and designed for culinary delights, the kitchen features expansive cabinet space and a central island that’s perfect for entertaining. We have a Keurig coffee maker with a pot and single cup brew. We have everything you need for meals at home.

**Game Room:** The ultimate fun zone, the game room offers a pool table, a bar, and a movie-watching area. Challenge friends to a game of corn hole or simply relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

**Golf Cart:** A 6-seater golf cart is available to rent for $75/day for your enjoyment, making it easy to explore the surroundings. YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART.

You have access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of a locked owners closet.

We’re dog-friendly! Feel free to bring along your furry family members. 2 dogs max per booking. There will be an additional pet fee of $120/dog for the stay. Please be sure to add your pet as a guest when booking and let us know your furry friend is coming!

Located just minutes from World Golf Village and a short drive from the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine, Villa De La Rone is ideally situated for both relaxation and adventure.

Out back, you'll find a gas BBQ grill (we provide the gas), a charcoal grill, and a large smoker—perfect for unforgettable cookouts! The back patio also features a mini outdoor fridge and a convenient kitchen area, with seating for six to enjoy al fresco dining.

PARKING: We have room for three cars in the driveway only. The golf cart takes up then4th spot.
