Other things to note
Our home is excellent value for proximity to attractions, size and quality won't be disappointed. we are always adding little touches enhance the experience for our guests. The wonderful weather and forever summer is what brings people here! unfortuntely it also attracts bugs! Please keep windows and doors closed at all times to avoid spiders, ants or palmetto bugs from sneaking into the house.

This brand new home was just completed/built summer 2023. As such, G-oogle street view/maps has yet to update their images reflecting our new home. So our new home is not reflected on street view just yet. We are working to get that updated.

Newly built and furnished summer 2023 we provide high speed wi-fi. Centrally located for a quick run to anywhere in St. Augustine proper: Historic Downtown 1 mile drive, 8 Min. drive to Fountain of Youth or the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, 13 min. drive to Vilano beach, 15 min. drive to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm.
