Guest booking must be over 25 years of age, and must stay the entire duration of the reservation. other guest members do not have to be 25. This is to avoid 3rd party bookings.
Children must be supervised by an adult, when near the pool.
We do ask that you follow our dog guidelines:
1) Please do NOT leave your dog unattended and alone in the cottage while you're not there. The only exception to this is if you bring a crate. You may leave your dog in the studio in a crate. Please do not leave your dog crated for long periods of time.
2) Absolutely no dogs on the bed and chair. If your dog sheds, please clean it up the best you can. We will also provide you a sheet to cover the chair and a towel to wipe dirty paws before entering the studio.
3) Absolutely no dogs allowed in the shower. There are cleaning products and rags in the laundry room to use to clean up any messes.
4) We have a poop scoop and shovel located on the side of the house. Please pick up any messes in the yard with it. We also have poop bags if you need them, just ask. Please do not let your dog pee on the grass as it leaves burn marks. Pee along the woods or street.

Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle (laundry packs under the sink). Please clean up/pick up after your dog. Absolutely NO NEED to sweep, mop, wipe things down or strip or make beds. Our cleaners will take care of all those things.

So happy we found this place! The perfect getaway and close to the beach. Kitchen was above my expectations. Plenty of seating whether unwinding in front of the couch, eating or playing games at the long table. Two bedrooms have a balcony that is great for morning coffee. One thing I was concerned about was the comfort of the beds while having a bad back. Not the case here. The beds were so comfortable - even the queen bunk! My 6’ tall daughter was able to stretch and slept like a baby! We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place and any place they own as both Alejandro and Shaiffu were super attentive.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.
